Yes — terrace panels and glass balustrades are a large share of our work here, especially on penthouse terraces at Los Arqueros. We clean both faces by hand, frames and fittings included, so the fairway view stays clear when you're sitting down, not just standing up.

Priority Monthly Window Care — Save 15%
We clean glass for a living, and we've done it across Benahavís and San Pedro de Alcántara for 10+ years. At Los Arqueros that means penthouse terraces over the fairways, townhouse patios, villa windows on the upper slopes, glass balustrades, sliding doors and pool-area glass. Every visit is covered by civil liability insurance up to €1,200,000 and by a 72h streak-free guarantee: spot a smear within three days and we come back to re-clean it, free.

Booking window cleaning in Los Arqueros: the essentials
Do you clean terrace glass and balustrades at Los Arqueros?
You authorise us once: leave our name at the gatehouse or tell your community administrator, and entry takes a moment. On the Monthly Plan we arrange standing access so you needn't be home — you can simply see the result rather than the visit.
If light through your terrace glass at Los Arqueros shows a streak, a smear or a missed edge within 72 hours, tell us on WhatsApp and we return to re-clean that glass free. It covers every visit, one-off or Monthly Plan, with no small print attached.
Los Arqueros: mountain light, fairway views, hard-working glass
Everything at Los Arqueros starts at the barrier on the Ronda road. Past security, the resort climbs the foothills above Benahavís: apartment blocks and penthouses stacked over a Seve Ballesteros course, townhouses around El Alto, and the clubhouse at the centre of it all. The reward for that altitude is glass that works hard — big terrace panes framing fairways, La Concha and, on clear days, the coast at San Pedro de Alcántara. Neighbouring La Heredia and Monte Halcones share the same road and the same light, which is exactly what shows up every fingerprint and dried raindrop.
Most of the housing here is apartment and penthouse stock over the fairways, with townhouse rows and a scattering of villas higher up. Three things attack the glass. Golf-course dust drifts up from mowing and dry summer fairways and settles as a grey film. Sprinklers mist the lower terraces nightly, and the droplets dry into limescale rings on balustrade panels and terrace screens — wiping spreads them; only pure water and the right agitation lifts them. Then the calima arrives once or twice a year and coats every south-facing pane in Saharan red. Floor-to-ceiling glazing makes all three impossible to ignore.
Gated entry is routine for us. Leave our name and plate at the gatehouse, or let your community administrator authorise the visit — we arrive in the window we agreed and leave terraces tidy. Our Pure Water System reaches 14 metres from the ground, which covers most blocks here; anything above that we clean from the penthouse terrace itself, and balustrades are done by hand on both faces. For holiday lets we work between checkout and check-in and confirm by WhatsApp once the glass is done.
The neighbouring areas we clean on the same run
The same crew, the same 72h streak-free guarantee and the same fixed WhatsApp quote cover every area below — we already drive past most of them.
