San Pedro is an easy town to work in, and your quote reflects that: parking near the job is rarely the battle it is in Marbella centre, and most homes sit at street level behind a garden wall. From the arcs over San Pedro Boulevard down to the beachside Paseo Marítimo, the town is compact enough that we group visits street by street. Linda Vista's leafy plots, the townhouse rows around the boulevard and the apartment blocks toward the sea all lie within a few minutes of each other, which keeps our rounds tight and our arrival windows honest.
Each part of town punishes glass in its own way. On the streets nearest the Paseo, onshore breeze leaves a salt film that turns south-facing panes milky; ordinary detergent smears it around instead of lifting it. Along the boulevard, traffic lays down a greasy dust that clings to balcony glazing and sliding doors. And in the villa gardens of Linda Vista and the Guadalmina borders, pop-up sprinklers do quiet damage: hard-water droplets dry on the lower panes and leave limescale rings no squeegee alone will shift. Pure water dissolves all three and leaves nothing behind to attract the next layer.
Access here is mostly a matter of garden gates rather than security posts. For walled villas we just need the gate open — or a code — and we can work the exterior without anyone home. In low-rise communities we coordinate with the portero or administrator so entrance and stairwell glass gets done in the same visit.
