Pure Water Window Cleaning Explained: Why It Beats Traditional Methods

What is pure water window cleaning?

Pure water cleaning uses water that has been passed through filters to remove every mineral and impurity, leaving deionised, “pure” water. Because there is nothing left in the water, it dries with no spots and no residue.

Why it beats the bucket-and-squeegee method

  • No streaks or spots: ordinary tap water on the Costa del Sol is hard and mineral-rich, so it dries into white spots. Pure water dries perfectly clear.
  • Reach up to 14 metres from the ground: water-fed poles clean upper-floor windows, stairwell glass and villa façades safely — no ladders, no scaffolding.
  • Safer: most of the work is done with both feet on the ground, which matters on hillside villas and apartment blocks.
  • Cleans the frames too: the system flushes frames and sills, not just the glass.

Is it better for every job?

For exterior glass, terraces and hard-to-reach windows, pure water is the gold standard. For interior glass we combine it with traditional detailing where it makes sense. The goal is always the same: a streak-free finish, backed by our 72-hour guarantee. For tall buildings we use the same approach on our high-rise window cleaning service.
